+3.5" Long Travel Kit

Take your 3rd Gen 4Runner offroading with confidence. All CAD designed, engineered for strength and performance, this kit addresses common failure points from the original Toyota design.

• Lower Control Arms: 1" uniball is relocated back into the lower control arm, eliminating the risk of ball joint separation. Utilizes 3/16 and 1/8 plate construction internally gusseted. Internal gussets run from the frame pivots to the outer uniball cup to really increase strength in the arm, especially at the pivot points where some kits lack.

• Lower Ball Joint: The stock lower ball joint is replaced with an adapter plate that can be welded directly to the stock spindle, removing the failure-prone bolts from shearing. It is still machined to also be a bolt on system.

• Wider, Stronger Stance: Arms are extended 3.5” wider per side to accept commonly available axles. Designed around 8” stroke King coilover and bypass shocks, the kit delivers 12.5” of usable travel with 4x4.

• Upgraded Steering: The redesigned lower ball joint plate includes a double-shear bracket for the steering tie rod, using a heim joint (included). The bracket design allows room for a washer on top and bottom of the heim, allows for fine-tuning of bump steer for your specific setup. The stock inner tierod are also a common failure point, so the kit is designed to use an inner coupler to adapt to a heim as well.
